Mehmet Atesci is an actor.Yes, I love to work with actors. And he is a dear friend. He was born and grew up in Berlin, just like me. So when we decided to make a shoot together, there were gazillion options and ideas, how to get inspired by the backdrop Berlin in this project. Too many options can kill the natural artistic process sometimes, so we decided to spend the day together and go with the flow. But equipped and with some cloths we got sponsored by LEVIS (thanks Alex from silk). It was a journey to places we knew that got layered with new feeling and new places that connected us to our past. He stripped for me in the cold streets of Mitte, wore a suit and bow tie at one of my favorite restaurant “LE MARIGNY” where we had dinner, crashed the Absolut Art apartment and of course, we went crazy in a fun park close by Alexanderplatz. It felt a little bit like dating we realized at a certain point and I had a little crush on him while taking those pictures… but only a little and it got less and less the more he started singing old turkish songs. Don´t get me wrong –  he can sing, but I just don´t like folklore music of any kind. But I like Mehmet. A lot.
